CANADIAN FIVE PIN BOWLING

IS 100 YEARS OLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

We are pleased to introduce Mr Terry Burns who is celebrating 5pin bowling’s’ 100th anniversary by travelling across Canada for over 100 days and during that time he will be bowling!!! Ajax Bowling Lanes was host to Mr. Burns on October 10th, 2008. Terry Burns comes from a military background and started this quest in Topsail Beach near St. John’s Newfoundland.  A special thanks to Denise Burroughs, proprietor of Ajax Bowling Lanes for allowing the event and for donating pizza, wings and soda pop.  On hand were Walter Haney, Matt Cannon and Don Anderson.
